Hot.Ice asked: So I’m trying to loose at least 30 lbs. by September. Just last week I started eating nothing but fruit and maybe a turkey wrap every other day. I’m wondering if I continue doing this and go to the gym(45 min cardio, and daily rotaion of weight machines) everyday until Sept. Will i see any results? And what about if i just eat nothing but fruit everyday? And if it helps i also eat veggies too.
