So I’m trying to loose at least 30 lbs. by September. Just last week I started eating nothing but fruit and maybe a turkey wrap every other day. I’m wondering if I continue doing this and go to the gym(45 min cardio, and daily rotaion of weight machines) everyday until Sept. Will i see any results? And what about if i just eat nothing but fruit everyday? And if it helps i also eat veggies too.

Thanks I can get the top up but looking at the back of the button there is a microswitch with 5 or 6 wires attached and im not sure of how to remove the whole assembly from the button to get to the bulb withou doing damage? Any ideas?
